Purchasing Tickets on the Website

Description: Users enter the buyer’s and runner’s information into the system and then proceed with payment. The ticket will be sent to the account (email entered by the user). The user will also receive a purchase confirmation email and a successful race registration email.

Step 1: Go to the website: 5bib.com and log in.

Step 2: After logging in, click on [My Tickets] in the top right corner.

Step 3: Select an event from the homepage. Click [Buy Ticket] for an ongoing event.

Step 4: Choose the ticket type and quantity (the number of tickets and purchase conditions vary based on each event’s regulations). Click [Personal Registration].

 

Step 5: Enter in the buyer’s information. 

Check the box [I have read and agree to the terms of service].

Step 6:

After selecting the ticket, enter the buyer’s information, then check the box [Export VAT] and provide the necessary details if you need an invoice.

Step 7: Enter the athlete’s information fo

Step 8: Choose a payment method: [PAY X], [VNPay], [Domestic ATM Card], [Credit/Debit Card], [ONEPAY]

Step 9: Enter a promo code in the discount section (if applicable) and click [Apply], then click [Payment]

 

Step 10: Proceed with payment via:

Pay X 

VNPay

Domestic ATM Card

Credit/Debit Card

2. Buy tickets in 5BIB app

Step 1: On the Homepage tab, select [Buy BIB] to start buying tickets.

Step 2: After entering the event, you can select the type and quantity of tickets as instructed.

Step 3.1: After selecting the tickets, fill in the buyer's information and press [Next].

Step 3.2: Fill in the buyer's information, check [I have read and agree to the Terms of use] box, then click [Continue]. 

Step 4: Enter the participant's information for each ticket then press [Confirm]

Step 5: After completing the participant's information for the tickets, press [Continue].

Step 8: Select a payment method to pay for the order.

Step 9: Enter and apply any promotional code, if available, then click [Pay].

Step 10: You will receive a notification once the payment is successful.
